Harry's Fresh Foods

Harry's Fresh Foods, a food retailer located in Portland, named Mark Rosenfield culinary director. Rosenfield is the former corporate executive chef for Salty's Restaurant and helped launch Beaches Restaurant and Bar in Vancouver. Harry's develops custom recipes for chain restaurants, ski resorts, college campuses, hotels, hospitals, cafes, coffee shops and delicatessens.
