Lex Mundi, an association of independent law firms, appointed Milton R. Stewart to its board of directors and named William R. Miller, Jr. regional vice chair for its Bank Finance and Regulation Practice Group. Both Stewart and Miller are partners with Davis Wright Tremaine, a Seattle-based business and litigation law firm.
