KeyBank
Cleveland-based KeyBank named Mark Tsutakawa team leader of its Bellevue Middle Market Team. Tsutakawa is the former senior vice president and is succeeded by Jim Johnson, former senior relationship manager. Johnson will also act as team leader of KeyBank's Seattle Middle Market Team.
