Graham & Dunn, a Seattle-based law firm, made Margarita I. Morrow an associate and member of the firm's real estate industry team. Morrow advises clients in commercial real estate transactions and represents financial institutions and borrowers in real estate secured loans. Douglas J. Smart, a shareholder and a member of the firm's financial services team, was appointed to the Board of Regents for the American College of Mortgage Attorneys.
