Horizon Bank
Horizon Bank, a Bellingham-based commercial bank, named Beth Sherry vice president, quality service, and Jane Van Voorst vice president, retail banking. Sherry, who has been with Horizon since 1996, will be the bank's project administrator. Van Voorst will oversee retail banking through branch operations.
