Public Disclosure Commission

Earl Tilly was elected chair of the Public Disclosure Commission, a five-member citizen commission created to ensure that the provisions of Washington's public disclosure law are fully met. Tilly, a former Washington state representative, will succeed Susan Brady, whose term ends Dec. 31. Francis Martin was elected commission secretary and Lois Clement remains vice chair.
