Cowlitz Bank

Cowlitz Bank, a subsidiary of Cowlitz Bancorporation, will close Bay Mortgage Bellevue and Bay Mortgage Seattle. This is a result of Cowlitz's strategy to realign its Bay Mortgage division in order to increase its commercial banking business.
