Cowlitz Bancorporation

Longview-based Cowlitz Bancorporation announced the retirement of Benjamin Namatinia. Namatinia has served as chairman since the company incorporated in 1991. Phill Rowley will serve as chairman until the annual shareholders meeting in May, when the shareholders will elect five directors for a one-year term and a chairman will be appointed.
