Sunset Brands

Sunset Brands of Los Angeles, a subsidiary of Sunset Holdings International, has signed a letter of intent to acquire Vancouver-based Low Carb Creations, a producer of low carbohydrate food products. A new name and brand image will be announced after the transaction is complete, expected by June.
