By increasing efficiency along the supply chain and upgrading technology, Black hopes to stimulate growth and diversify the company's client base. Black previously worked at Giddens Industries, a supplier of machined components in Everett. Damar's clients include Boeing, Starbucks and Motion Water Sports.
