Redmond-based Northwest Suites & Housing Services promoted Gary Dutton to the new position of cleaning services manager. Dutton will oversee 39 employees and independent contractors. He joined as supervisor of the carpet cleaning department. Northwest Suites & Housing Services was named Business of the Year in Redmond Business Excellence Awards last year.
