Federal Home Loan Bank
The Federal Home Loan Bank of Seattle named Steve Horton and Margarita Seeley senior vice presidents. Karl Shlaudeman is now vice president and John W. Blizzard is vice president of products and services. Dale A. Jeschke is assistant vice president.
