City of Seattle

Seattle City Council has an opening on the Seattle City Light Advisory Board, which advises on policies, business strategies and performance. The board looks at the utility's finances, power supply, power marketing, risk management, environmental protection, energy conservation and other areas as deemed appropriate by the Mayor and Council. Maura O'Neill, a former environmental analyst for Seattle City Light, resigned from the board. To make a nomination, contact Seattle City Councilmember Jean Godden at jean.godden@seattle.gov by April 15.
