Columbia Hospitality

Columbia Hospitality, a Seattle-based hospitality management and consulting company, made several recent staff changes. Columbia hired Gregg Monette as a corporate executive chef. Monette will oversee the kitchen operations of Bell Harbor International Conference Center and World Trade Center Seattle. Kajsa Dilger is executive chef of the Starfish Grill at The Resort at Deer Harbor on Orcas Island. Pieter A. Koomen is director of operations for the Washington Mutual Leadership Center at Cedarbrook in SeaTac. Koomen was with Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort in Destin, Fla.
