Geoff Ball, former director of Bainbridge Youth Services, is executive director of the Port Townsend-based nonprofit Sound Experience. Ball has experience in outdoor education programs and succeeds interim executive director Beth Grafe. The nonprofit operates experiential education programs about Puget Sound aboard the schooner Adventuress, and serves 3,000 youth and adults each year.
