Federal Way-based Weyerhaeuser Co. announced its board of directors elected Robert A. Dowdy senior vice president and general counsel. Dowdy is responsible for the law department, real estate services, and the ethics and business conduct office. He reports to Steven R. Rogel, president and chief executive officer.
