Y3K Secure Enterprise Software, a communications and technologies company with offices in Bellevue and Seattle, announced new appointees to its board of directors: Shane Smith, Frank Maros and Steve Forbes. Board members Shannon Smith, James Stephens and David Cannon are stepping down. Y3K recently made purchases, opened telecommunications subsidiary Ecuity Advanced Communications and completed next generation voice services.
