Cascade Natural Gas

Cascade Natural Gas elected Scott M. Boggs to its board of directors. Boggs was vice president and corporate controller of Microsoft. He is also a trustee for Safeco Mutual Funds. Boggs replaces Mary E. Pugh, who resigned. Pugh is founder and president of Pugh Capital Management. Cascade provides natural gas to 215,000 customers in Washington and Oregon.
