Port of Tacoma

Robert L. Collins was named director of Intermodal Services for the Port of Tacoma. The Port of Tacoma handled 1.74 million 20-foot containers last year. Collins manages the port's operations planning and markets its business. Collins was in the U.S. Navy as a hospital corpsman and later worked in biomedical engineering, computer system programming and diagnostic imaging.
