Tacoma company Vadium Technology, developer of a security encrypting technology, appointed Gordon Ross vice president of development. Ross has 15 years' executive experience. He was president of Net Nanny Software and director of Vancouver, B.C.-based Trove Resources. His background includes security and biometrics. Ross will lead Vadium's product development, delivery and customer service teams.
