John C. "Jack" Kelley Jr., the former deputy federal security director at San Diego International Airport, has been named acting federal security director at Sea-Tac Airport. Rear Admiral Ralph D. Utley was named acting deputy federal security director. Kelley was acting federal security director at San Diego and held the top spot at Lihue, Hawaii. Utley recently retired after 30 years of service with the Coast Guard. Ken Kasprisin, who was Sea-Tac's interim federal security director, will assist Kelley and Utley in the transition.
