Manakoa Services

Kennewick-based Manakoa Services appointed Dr. Robert Williams chief executive officer. James C. Katzaroff is president and interim chief financial officer. Both were also appointed to the company's board of directors. Williams was CEO of Secure Logistix, which Manakoa purchased earlier this year. Katzaroff was Manakoa's executive vice president. Manakoa is a software vendor and consulting company for information technology security and compliance.
