aQuantive

Digital marketing services and technology company aQuantive named Linda J. Srere and Jaynie M. Studenmund to its board of directors. Director Peter M. Neupert was reelected.

Srere was the first female CEO of Young & Rubicam Advertising, and worked in the company's New York office. Studenmund was chief operating officer of Overture Services, a subsidiary of Yahoo, where she helped expand into 12 international markets.
