Association of Washington Business

The Association of Washington Business hired Tom McBride as governmental affairs director. He will be in charge of tax and fiscal policy and be the association's point person on transportation and unemployment insurance. McBride was director of intergovernmental relations for the Washington State Department of Community, Trade and Economic Development. He also practiced law in Seattle. The association has more than 4,200 members.
