New Edge Networks

New Edge Networks appointed Stephen Sperry vice president of network operations for the national provider of broadband networks. Sperry will be based at the company's headquarters in Vancouver, and oversee network operations and technical assistance centers. Sperry was vice president of network operations for Winstar/IDT in Seattle.
