TeleSym

Bellevue-based TeleSym appointed Robert S. Hart chief executive officer. Hart was a general partner at SeaPoint Ventures in Bellevue, a venture investment firm specializing in wireless and telecommunications. He was a senior vice president at America Online. Hart will replace acting chief executive officer Paul Bialek, who will continue on the board. TeleSym plans to introduce new software for making voice calls from mobile computers.
