Commission on Hispanic Affairs

Gov. Gary Locke recently named Uriel Iñiguez interim director of the Commission on Hispanic Affairs. Iñiguez will be interim director until November, while director Antonio Ginatta takes an extended leave of absence. Iñiguez is a correctional manager in the southwest region of the Washington Department of Corrections. He is a first-generation immigrant from Mexico.
