Litigator Paul E. Brain and real estate lawyer Roger T. Dunaway joined the Seattle office of law firm Ater Wynne. Both were with Mikkelborg, Broz, Wells & Fryer in Seattle. Brain has more than 20 years of experience with business clients in commercial litigation, focusing on real estate development. He has also worked on employment, finance and bankruptcy disputes. Dunaway handles structured settlement transfers in Washington, Oregon, Idaho, California and Alaska. He deals with purchase and sale transactions, commercial leasing, general landlord/tenant matters and foreclosures. Ater Wynne also has an office in Portland.
