National Black Chamber of Commerce

The Pacific Northwest chapter National Black Chamber of Commerce hosts its first annual W.E. McIntosh Memorial Golf Tournament on July 26 at Newcastle Golf Club at China Creek, 1550 Six Penny Lane, Newcastle. Proceeds go to a scholarship fund. The late W.E.
