Envision

Seattle-based Envision Telephony, a contact center software company, will open an Asia Pacific headquarters in Australia to extend its global distribution. Michael Langford will be Asia Pacific sales manager. Langford has 15 years of telecom experience and will support customer relationships in international markets. He was general manager for M5 Technologies and worked for Active Voice Corp.
