Cole & Weber/Red Cell
Marketing agency Cole & Weber/Red Cell appointed Brad Harrington co-president. Harrington launched the agency's interactive department and will lead strategic development. He will share duties with agency president Mike Doherty. Cole & Weber/Red Cell has offices in Seattle and Portland.
