Downtown Seattle Association

The Metropolitan Improvement District, part of the Downtown Seattle Association, promoted David Dillman to vice president of operations and services. Peggy Emerson has been promoted to director of field operations. Leslea Nelson is administrative office manager. Dillman will manage business development initiatives. Emerson will oversee maintenance services and develop program budgets. Nelson, who was was human resources specialist at General Dynamics in Redmond, will manage employment training. Metropolitan covers 225 square blocks of downtown Seattle and is funded by more than 800 property owners.
