Vulcan

Vulcan, a Seattle investment and project management company founded by Paul Allen, hired Lance Conn as executive vice president of investment management. Conn will oversee strategy and operations of Vulcan's investment portfolio, which includes billions of dollars of assets in 40 business, technology, biotech and other holdings. Conn was a laywer with the Shaw Pittman law firm in Washington, D.C. In London, he supervised America Online's European investments, alliances and business initiatives.
