Westaff

Westaff appointed Stephen J. Russo senior vice president of its western zone. Russo, who returns to Westaff after nine years at Staffing Resources in Dallas and Nelson Staffing in Sonoma, Calif., will oversee operations in California, Oregon, Washington, Idaho, Northern Nevada and Utah. Walnut Creek, Calif.-headquartered Westaff places staff in administrative, light industrial and light technical work.
