West Coast Bank

Lake Oswego, Ore.-based West Coast Bank plans to open branches in Vancouver and Salem and Gresham, Ore., this year. The company says it has more deposits and branch locations than any other Oregon-based community bank in the Portland/Vancouver and Salem regions.
