Blue Point Capital Partners recapitalized Decorative Components, a manufacturer of zinc and zinc-alloy die castings and forged brass components. Blue Point and DCI management provided the equity for the transaction, with debt financing provided by Standard Federal. Blue Point has offices in Seattle, Cleveland and Charlotte, N.C.
