EvergreenBank
EvergreenBank signed a lease with Vulcan for a 1,732-square-foot branch at the Seattle Biomedical Research Institute building at 307 Westlake Ave. The South Lake Union location is set to open in October. Evergreen is a wholly owned subsidiary of EvergreenBancorp and operates in Seattle, Lynnwood, Bellevue and Federal Way.
