Taco Del Mar's Arizona master developer and former Circle K senior executive David Moore purchased three La Salsa stores. The acquisition is part of Taco Del Mar's plans to expand in Phoenix, Glendale and Scottsdale. Stores are set to open Aug. 24 and Sept. 2. Colin Jones sold the La Salsa stores to Moore, who has signed 18 franchisees in the past four months to operate 20 stores. Dennis Younes of Landmark TCN is representing Moore in tenant lease negotiations. Seattle-based Taco Del Mar has nearly 100 stores throughout the western United States and British Columbia.
