Allen Trust

William (Bill) A. Harris was named portfolio manager for Allen Trust Co. He will work on client portfolios, investment strategy and equity research. He was a director of the private investment company Jeffrey Co., which focuses on efficient investing. He also has a background in real estate investment. Allen Trust is an Oregon-based trust and investment management company with offices in Portland and southwest Washington.
