Wells Fargo Home Mortgage, a provider of residential mortgages, will open its newest retail store Sept. 20 at 4900 Rainier Ave. S., in the Columbia City neighborhood. Wells Fargo Home Mortgage is based in Des Moines, Iowa, and is a subsidiary of Wells Fargo & Co.
