Cascade Steel Rolling Mills
Jeff Dyck has been promoted to director of operations for Windham, N.H.-based Cascade Steel Rolling Mills, a wholly owned subsidiary of Portland-based Schnitzer Steel Industries. Dyck will work on operations. Administrative functions will be managed by Cascade's president, Kurt Zetzsche until he retires at 65 in November.
