CPR Institute for Dispute Resolution

The New York, N.Y.-based Center for Public Resources Institute for Dispute Resolution, a nonprofit alliance of global corporations, law firms and public institutions, named Neal Blacker senior vice president of dispute resolution services. He was the Northwest regional director for the American Arbitration Association. Blacker succeeds John Fleming Kelly, who is resigning to join a Florida mediation and arbitration group.
