Rover's

Seattle-based chef Thierry Rautureau, who is originally from France, was recognized by the French government for his contribution to French cuisine. The owner of Rover's earned an order of agricultural merit and will receive a medal and diploma when the Consul General of France comes to Seattle on Sept. 29. Rautureau is working on a cookbook to be published by Ten Speed Press next year.
