Central Washington University in Ellensburg named George Cole development officer for the College of Arts and Humanities and College of the Sciences. Cole directed fundraising for the public television system MontanaPBS, where he led a $9.6 million capital campaign to convert to digital transmission. Cole was senior international business advisor for the Global Technology Network, which assists U.S. businesses position environmental products and services in 28 countries, and economic development director for the city of Imperial Beach, Calif.
