Women of Influence

Lea J. Armstrong, president and owner of Federal Way-based Armstrong In-Home Care Services, was nominated one of 11 of this year's Women of Influence, a program run by the Tacoma-based Business Examiner that recognizes business women. Armstrong's business is to help those in need of long-term personal care in their homes.
