South Snohomish County Chamber

Mike Echelbarger, president of Lynnwood-based Echelbarger Properties, was named the recipient of the South Snohomish County Chamber's John M. Fluke Sr. Community Service Award. Echelbarger is chair of Lynnwood Public Facilities District. The chamber presents the award Oct. 20 at its dinner at Mill Creek Country Club at 5:30 p.m. Dinner is $50 per person.
