Charter Bank
Charter Bank hired Wayde Merrill as assistant vice president and Bellevue office manager. Merrill has 17 years of banking experience and will manage client services personnel. Jim Myers will be product and application specialist. Myers was a banking specialist for Issaquah Bank. Charter is a community bank with offices in Kent, Seattle, Bellevue and Redmond.
