Itron

Spokane-headquartered Itron's David G. Remington will retire as chief financial officer at the end of this year. Replacing him will be Steven M. Helmbrecht, a vice president and general manager. Remington will serve Itron as a part time financial and strategic consultant for two years. Itron is a technology provider for the global energy and water industries.
