Seattle Municipal Court

Mayor Greg Nickels appointed Edsonya Charles to the Seattle Municipal Court Position 2. If approved by the city council, Charles will start in January 2005, replacing Judge Theresa Doyle, who was elected to the King County Superior Court. Charles was a federal prosecutor and worked on economic fraud cases, and has also practiced land use law with Hillis Clark Martin & Peterson.
