Brown has experience in affordable housing public sector programs, equity investment and real estate development. Ken Norbe has moved to HomeStreet Bank's residential construction department in Seattle as a construction loan officer. Norbe has 20 years of experience and is a commissioner for the Tacoma Housing Authority. HomeStreet Capital is the income property division of Seattle-headquartered HomeStreet Bank.
